Welcome. We are a nonprofit school that has been active in this community for over half a century. Come explore exquisite and dynamic ancient arts of Judo and Jujitsu, Yoga and Tai Chi with us.
Our Teachers
Our Jujitsu and Judo senseis (teachers) are certified by National organizations such as the American Judo and Jujitsu Federation (AJJF). Most of them volunteer their expertise, time and resources, over decades, as modeled by their predecessors.
Teachers who are private contractors teaching in disciplines such as Yoga and Tai Chi are established teachers in this community.

Our Philosophy
We focus on teaching students to be mindful in their practice to expand themselves. We envision them to become caring members of our community, and stewards of our esoteric philosophies, (for attributes such as being grateful, humble and virtuous, learn the arts deeply, use strategies not strength, value family, community and service.)
