All physical training arts are inherently dangerous, but we aim to minimize damage by being conscious of limits and patient with different body types under the guidance of a qualified instructor. We prioritize safety in all our classes.
Jujitsu can improve your physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, and self-defense skills. It can also help you build confidence, reduce stress, and develop character.
Level of difficulty varies with each student. However, most students have defined Jujitsu as a beautiful emotional challenge than a physical one. Jujitsu does not require strength, endurance, or extreme flexibility and is often described as a "Lazy man's art."
